In this issue, we welcomed the photography from GB DANCESTAR. In-house sports therapist, Chloe is back chatting to us all about rest. We discuss heels in our Lets Talk section. We interviewed Kenny Dearie over in the states, Arlene Caffrey about the divine feminine as well as interviewing the creators behind British Pole Instructor Championships. Rachel discussed breaking up with her pole studio. We welcomed guest writer, - Carola who wrote about competing at the Eden Pole Competition,  Jade who chatted about fueling her body as a vegan and Keith who wrote about his teaching style.
